About M&D Event Rentals | Your Trusted Event Rental Partner

Our event rental business began as a special project born out of love and family.

With my youngest daughter being the only one still at home while her siblings are all married, I wanted to create something meaningful that we could do together. It's more than just a business; it's a way to share our passion for creating beautiful, memorable events with others.

 

After experiencing disappointment with the quality of rented chairs and tables at past events, we felt inspired to raise the bar. Our mission is to offer high-quality rentals that bring elegance, reliability, and joy to every celebration. Together, we're committed to helping our clients create unforgettable experiences, one detail at a time.

  • Can I reuse the same benches for my ceremony and reception?
    Of course! We recommend this as a great option for keeping your rental order cost down. Please note, that our staff will only be able to move your benches from one venue to another if enough time between the ceremony and reception exists and a Product Relocation Fee will be added to your order.
  • Is there a minimum spending requirement in order to rent from your company?
    Yes, we do not accept inquires under $500 (this is before the delivery & pick up fee is applied).
  • Are the seating better for indoor or outdoor events?
    Either! Our seating are just as great for outdoor events as they are for indoor events!
  • What is your policy on chips/breakage?
    All breakage and loss charges are in addition to rental fees. China, glassware, etc., will be considered broken if returned chipped.
  • Will you arrange the tables/seating for my ceremony/reception?
    We will set up your benches however you direct us. While our team does work quickly to set up your event, we also work with care and detail. This means that your bench arrangement will be just about right by the time we're done. However we always recommend that you and your event staff double check to make sure the arrangement is exactly how you want it.
  • How can I receive 10% off from other vendors?
    If you hire one of our recommended vendors you will receive 10% from that vendor when mention "eventsbym&d" to them.
  • Do you offer discounts for large orders?
    Yes! We offer discounts on large orders, please reach out to see if your order qualifies as a large order.
  • Do you deliver items to other states?
    No, unfortunately we do not travel out of state for delivery.
  • How much do you charge for a California delivery?
    It depends what part of California we are delivering to. Feel free to reach out to us for more information on delivery cost via email for messaging.
  • Delivery & Pick Up
    We require delivery & pick up on all items to ensure no damage occurs during transportation.
  • Where in Arizona do you deliver?
    We travel to any part of Arizona within 100 miles. Prices vary for delivery outside a 30-mile radius of Peoria. Please contact us as soon as possible if your event is outside of our regular service area.
